At Maphakela Fund, we create opportunities that help bring people together. We promote awareness and skill development by creating industry leaders.

The current Maphakela Fund Mentorship Programme is designed to create industry leaders. Individuals invited to be part of the programme are linked mentors that are currently making a success of themselves within the mentees area of interest. The programmes are designed to ensure that the mentees are engaging with their mentors on a regular basis.

The programme is designed to create a network of trust between professionals. The mentors participates in the programme in order to help mentees “see the vision on why it matters”.
